University of Illinois Engineering Summer Program
At the Discovering Engineering Program at the University of Illinois, I toured each lab and experiment site at the university. I participated in a rotational engineering program, covering computer science, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, and chemical engineering. My favorite was computer science. It inspired me to take advanced CS at my school.
Northwestern University Introduction to Python Coding
My experience in Java script led me to want to learn more about different coding languages. I took a class at Northwestern to learn Python.
Drexel University Camp Business
This past summer (2024), I participated in a program at Drexel University’s Business school. At the program, I learned major business disciplines including accounting, marketing, finance and management, as well as the core concepts of business including leadership, professional image, etiquette, team building and strategy. At the end of the program, we were tasked with creating a business solution to an on campus problem. My team created an app to help students find the best off campus housing.
